Tracking markers…
Isn’t it good to have useful friends?
I’ve just commissioned a number of LED tracking markers to be made by a friend of mine who’s an electronic engineer.
He’s doing 10 that have the LED on the battery pack, and another 10 that have about a meter of wire, so there’s room to hide the battery pack if possible…
Having spent a large proportion of the last 4 months removing tracking markers, I feel I’ve got a reasonably good idea of positions that are easily removed later. (Unlike one shot I worked on where there was one tracking marker that was sitting slap bang on top of a patterned section. Not the easiest to remove….) One thing that I don’t know about, though, is what is good marker positioning for the matchmovers. I’m going to speak to a few people at work, but does anyone on here have any tips as far as marker placement goes?
I should get them (or at least some of them) through by the end of the week, so I’ll post some pictures as soon as I can.
