There's a plethora of stuff out there for it, and a great site with tips and hacks is http://www.elise.com/mt/. I've set up the MT blog package on two systems at the moment, a personal/family blog and my digitalgypsy blog. It's straightforward and easy to use, and I coerced a couple coworkers to choose it. ;) But use whatever you feel is appropriate! A bit late, but I’m using Movable Type.
